house made ravioli filled with Good Shepherd Poultry Farm heritage turkey, organic carrots, Thane Palmberg Farm onions, and mushrooms served in a creamy Goode Acres Farm cantaloupe sauce topped with organic parmesan cheese and caramelized Rain's Farm heritage Tamworth bacon

organic baby spinach tossed with Nature's Choice Farm peach tomato, Wood Mood Garden cucumber, crumbled feta and house made white wine vinaigrette

Goode Acres Farm bell pepper filled with Good Nature Family Farm beef tenderloin with Nature's Choice Farm golden beet puree and drizzled with balsamic reduction
