house made bruschetta topped with house ricotta flavored with organic honey, seared Fig-n-Farm figs and Nature's Choice Farm arugula

wild caught gulf shrimp poached in Western Hills Farm chive butter topped with City Bitty Farm micro greens and tossed in an organic white wine vinaigrette
